  • The KAZ wild team wants to rid you and your loved ones of any wildlife issues! This process begins with a thorough assessment of your home or business, both inside and out. Nuisance wildlife can inflict major damage to your home or business if not dealt with in a timely manner!

By focusing on the exterior, any vulnerabilities, damages, or other wildlife indicators present on the structure may be identified. Furthermore, other standalone structures such as sheds and detached garages may be evaluated.

The interior inspection process allows for the determination of both past and present nuisance wildlife activities in your home or business. The use of varying techniques permits for proper species identification in both your unfinished and finished areas.

By compiling this evidence, the KAZ team builds a plan specific to your nuisance wildlife needs!

  • Homes and businesses are constructed to meet the needs of your families and customers. Unfortunately, this does not include the prevention of wildlife from entering these structures. Correspondingly, the KAZ team provides both preventative and corrective services. From the lowest point of the foundation of the home, all the way to the top peak of the roof, where there is a will, nuisance wildlife will find a way! Voids from ¼” and up persist throughout an average structure. This allows anything as small as a field mouse to a large raccoon to potentially make their way in. That’s where a proactive exclusion comes into play! We will properly and efficiently install “void-specific” materials in order to prevent the breach of wildlife, while also excluding the structure of any active wildlife.

  • A fireplace is an amazing feature during the colder months of the year, providing your family with the ambiance and comfort you’re looking for. On the contrary, during the inactive months of the year, it also provides an excellent shelter for opportunistic wildlife. The flue of a chimney stack not only provides protection from the elements and predators, but also a great place for nuisance wildlife to raise their young. From squirrels falling down the flue, to raccoons raising their young, and an extended stay from chimney swifts, you never know what you are in store for! Chimney caps provide the perfect solution to avoiding these scenarios, while also adding an aesthetic to your home. By installing a chimney cap, you can avoid any damage, disease, or aggravation caused by nuisance wildlife. The KAZ team offers installations to fit your needs. From custom sizes, single & multi flue, shapes, and finishes, the final result is up to you!

  • KAZ has several different methods to ensure that no birds are comfortable roosting and nesting, in and around your home.

  • When wildlife does get in your home, they can create quite the mess! An abundance of droppings and urine left behind by wildlife may potentially result in hazardous living conditions. Several diseases that can be transmitted from nuisance wildlife to humans, also known as zoonotic diseases, are contracted in this manner. Disease examples include raccoon roundworm, histoplasmosis, and giardiasis. For more information and updates on zoonotic diseases, please click here.

These excrements may be a potential hazard through both direct and indirect contact. Excrements also degrade the integrity of your insulation, thus possibly affecting the energy efficiency of your home. Build up of excrement on or under insulation layers may begin to seep into sheetrock layers. Moreover, if not dealt with in a timely manner, this mess may make its way from the unfinished areas to the living portions of the home. After any nuisance wildlife has been evicted, a proper cleanout may be a critical final step in the process. Any and all droppings will be removed from the contaminated area of the structure. In certain scenarios, insulation removal and replacement may be conducted. Odor control and disinfectant spraying is conducted in order to remove any residual pheromones and/or bacteria left behind by the nuisance wildlife in question.

  • Due to a constantly fluctuating environment, a burden we need to deal with is deceased animals on our property or in our homes. A deer carcass in the yard may attract predators to the property, possibly posing a risk to both humans and domesticated animals. Further, leaving the carcass unattended may pose a risk for the spread of disease. An animal decomposing inside of a home or business may not only result in both of the previous examples, but may also leave a foul odor that may take weeks to remove. The KAZ team will come out to properly remove, and dispose of these deceased carcasses.
